About Me

I live in Van Meter, Iowa, which is just outside of the capitol of Iowa, Des Moines. I married to my loveIy wife Jill, have a 2 year daughter, Evie, and have a son due to enter the world in the begining of December of 2011.

I currently teach at a small, rural school in Earlham, Iowa. I teach high school and also have some duties as assistant technology director. I'm currently teaching social studies, and entrepreneurial programming.  I'm duties of  assistant technology director invove helping maintain our technology infrastructure, leading technology professional development, and acting as a technology mentor for teachers.  All these opportunities in where made possible because I decided to pursue my MA in Educational Technology from Boise State.
